We just spoke with Dr. Mittal. He reported that Peggy was out of surgery and headed to recovery for 1-2 hours. Within 10 minutes we got a second call notifying us she is headed up to her room (typical Peggy...flew through recovery).
Overall, Dr. Mittal felt the surgery went well, he 'got it all.' They will do an MRI tonight and he will see her first thing tomorrow morning.

Very happy to hear that the surgery was a success and not surprised that Mrs. Studz sped through recovery. I've been thinking of you this morning and watching the blog for updates. Anxious to spend time with Meliss (and of course Mr. & Mrs. Studzinski ;-) ) over Thanksgiving. Sending tons of love, hugs, and kisses!! Jodie
